Providing the most effective regulatory guidance to our clients requires a comprehensive understanding of their business goals and objectives, and the evolving marketplaces in which they operate. We stay current with both domestic and international regulatory policy changes and regularly assist clients as they navigate the complex arena of administrative and regulatory agencies.  Knowing the priorities of the FCC, NTIA and other agencies for broadband deployment, spectrum use and management, privacy and network/device security as well as consumer-facing issues can inform facets of a client's regulatory compliance strategy, as well as offer key insights for advocacy in cases where regulations or policies need to be revisited.

Understanding the dynamics of key federal and state grant and subsidy programs, including the BEAD program, Digital Equity Program, and all the universal service programs including Rural Healthcare and the Affordable Connectivity Program, allows us to assist clients in making optimal choices in how to participate in these programs.  We assist clients with regulatory audits and investigations in these areas as well.  We can assist clients who are just getting started in with broadband operations.

TCPA regulation and compliance counseling is an area of particular emphasis. We have participated in or followed nearly every aspect of the law and the twists and turns of FCC policy since the statute was passed.
